The AIRTAC 4A100 Series is a line of 5/3-way pneumatic control valves (specifically models like 4A130C, 4A130E, and 4A130P) designed for precise directional control in automated systems. These valves operate within a pressure range of 0.15 to 0.8 MPa, can withstand a proof pressure of 1.5 MPa, and function effectively in temperatures from -20°C to 70°C. Their key feature is the three distinct center position functions: the "C" variant closes all ports, the "E" variant exhausts the working ports while blocking the pressure port, and the "P" variant pressurizes all ports. This allows for flexible control of double-acting actuators, enabling modes like holding, floating, or pressurizing a cylinder in its center position. The valves are constructed with an aluminum alloy body, require no lubrication, and use air that must be filtered through a 40μm or finer filter element for optimal performance and longevity.
