Festo QSS-8 QSS-8-50 QSS-10 QSS-10-50 QSS Series Push-in Fitting
Engineered for robust performance, the QSS Series operates within a wide temperature range of -10°C to +80°C . It handles a broad operating pressure range, typically from a vacuum of -0.095 MPa (-0.95 bar) up to 0.6 MPa (6 bar) across the full temperature spectrum, with a maximum pressure rating of up to 14 bar under specific conditions . The fittings are designed for use with compressed air (per ISO 8573-1:2010) and water, and lubricated operation is fully supported . A key benefit is the push-in installation mechanism, which allows for effortless, quick connections without requiring thread sealant, as the fitting has an integrated sealing mechanism . For sensitive environments, many models are RoHS compliant and meet cleanroom Class 4 standards according to ISO 14644-1.
