The Airtac ACA Series Self-Compensation Shock Absorber is a hydraulic damping device designed for industrial automation, featuring a maintenance-free self-compensating mechanism that automatically adjusts resistance for consistent deceleration across various impact velocities and loads. Key models like the ACA1007-2 and ACA1210-1 offer strokes of 7mm and 10mm, maximum energy absorption per cycle of 6N·m and 10N·m, and operate effectively within temperature ranges of -10°C to 80°C. Constructed with high-hardness stainless steel shafts and nitrided steel bodies, these compact units excel in applications like mask-making machines, conveyor systems, and pneumatic cylinders, enhancing operational safety and equipment longevity by converting kinetic energy into heat.
