Shanghai Zhiling Semiconductor Technology Development Co., Ltd. was founded in 2011. The CP Series semiconductor chemical polishing machines developed by the company have been successfully applied in SMIC’s silicon wafer regeneration project, making Zhiling one of the first domestic semiconductor equipment manufacturers to enter a Fab.
