On May 27, Zhenkunhang Industrial Supermarket and SMC Automation Co., Ltd. formally signed a three-year strategic cooperation framework agreement at Zhenkunhang's headquarters in Shanghai. According to the agreement, the two parties will carry out in-depth implementation around four core sectors in the next three years. In terms of joint product and channel development, SMC will authorize Zhenkunhang to expand wider industry customers and 下沉 markets. Relying on Zhenkunhang's 108 warehouses nationwide and its operation capacity of over 27 million SKUs, the regional delivery efficiency and spot coverage of SMC products will be improved. For the integrated construction of digital supply chains, the two sides will open up system data interfaces to realize real-time synchronization of product inventory, logistics tracking and order status. With the help of Zhenkunhang's digital procurement tools, customers will be provided with full-process visualized services from selection and ordering to after-sales support. In addition, the two parties will jointly develop customized projects in key industries such as automotive, semiconductor and new energy, and simultaneously upgrade the full-cycle technical service system to provide on-site commissioning, maintenance training and other supporting services for end customers.
