Description

There is a closed cavity in the solenoid valve. Through holes are opened at different positions. Each hole is connected with different oil pipes. The piston is in the middle of the cavity, and two electromagnets are on both sides. The valve body will be attracted to which side when the magnet coil is energized. Different oil drain holes will be opened or closed by controlling the movement of the valve body. The oil inlet hole is normally open, and the hydraulic oil will enter different oil drain pipes, and then through the The oil pressure pushes the piston of the oil cylinder, the piston drives the piston rod, and the piston rod drives the mechanical device. In this way, the mechanical movement is controlled by controlling the on-off current of the electromagnet.

Pipeline parameters

1) select the valve port and model according to the requirements of medium flow direction and pipeline connection mode;

2) select the nominal diameter according to the flow and Kv value of the valve, or the same as the inner diameter of the pipeline;

3) working pressure difference: indirect pilot type can be selected if the minimum working pressure difference is above 0.04MPa; direct acting type or step-by-step direct type must be selected if the minimum working pressure difference is close to or less than zero.

Environmental conditions

1) the maximum and minimum temperature of the environment shall be within the allowable range;

2) waterproof solenoid valve shall be selected in the environment with high relative humidity and dripping rain;

3) special products, such as marine solenoid valve, shall be selected for the environment with frequent vibration, bump and impact.

4) for use in corrosive or explosive environment, the corrosion-resistant type shall be selected preferentially according to the safety requirements;

5) if the environmental space is limited, multi-functional solenoid valve shall be selected, because bypass and three manual valves are omitted and online maintenance is convenient.
