The AIRTAC 4V100 Series 5/3-way electric solenoid valves are designed for precise directional control in pneumatic systems, featuring a robust construction with an aluminum alloy body and a sliding column design that ensures excellent sealing and responsive operation. These valves function with three distinct center positions: the 4V130C model closes all ports, the 4V130E exhausts the working ports while blocking pressure, and the 4V130P pressurizes all ports in the center position, providing flexibility for different control needs such as holding, floating, or pressurizing a double-acting cylinder in its mid-position. Operating within a pressure range of 0.15 to 0.8 MPa and compatible with filtered air, they offer features like manual override for easier debugging, no need for lubrication, and the option for integrated manifold mounting to save space, making them suitable for various industrial automation applications.

[Note1] PT thread, G thread and NPT thread are available.

[Note2] Once lubricated air is used, continue with same medium to optimise valve life span. Lubricants like ISO VG32 or equivalent are recommended.

[Note3] The maximum actuation frequency is in the no-load state.

[Note4] Equivalent orifice S and Cv are all calculated from the flow rate data.
