Install And Use:

The installation of the filter should make the drainage mechanism vertically downward and keep a certain

distance from the ground for drainage and replacement of the filter element. The filter is used to filter solid

impurities and water droplets in the compressed air. It cannot filter out aerosols and water vapor. Therefore,

the filter position should be set after the air dryer, as close as possible to the pneumatic components that

need to be supplied with air. The condensate in the filter bowl should be drained regularly. If manual

operation is inconvenient, you should consider choosing a filter with an automatic release mechanism.

Check the blockage of the filter element regularly. When the pressure drop is greater than 0.05 MPa, it

should be replaced in time. For washable filter elements, you can continue to use them after washing. The

filter bowl should be cleaned with a neutral cleaning agent, and organic solvents are strictly prohibited.
